My Name is James Trahand and I'm from California , and To make a very long story rather short . Fails Service Garage is the one of the most dependable mechanic shops I have ever had to use.. Me and my family was driving from Californian to Florida last month and my truck broke down sight seeing in the Golden Triangle .. I drive a 2011 Ford F-150 and a timing actuator has gone out ..With the help of a local wrecker service thru AAA We had called around to a few of the other mechanic shops in the Groves Texas area , and was told we was looking at a day or two and maybe three days down time for the repair because of everything involved in the repair . I own a Ford Mustang convertible. My car left me stranded in front of my home. So I love my car for that. I took the car to fails garage cause other places were too busy. I really don’t like the name for this shop ( sound like somebody is failing) but the service I received was outstanding. The owner hired a tech guy super smart ang he found the prob for my car. In days my car was better that before and running. The price was reasonable. And this shop will be top of my list next time except that they have a real strange store name..just being honest here..Service: Electrical repair
