I'm am very grateful for the staff because they were extremely helpful when I was in a tight position and desperately needed to get my dog boarded.Once you drive on the property, you immediately notice the space the ranch has for pets to run around. When you walk in the front, there is a cute little store with all kinds of treats and dog accessories.The check-in process was simple. I walked in and told them I was there to drop off my dog, and they took her from me within minutes. I dropped her off with her food, leash, and collar.Before drop off, they had me fill out a form detailing how to care for my pet. I was able to tell them how often to feed her and how much to feed her each meal.Once I picked her up, I got a report card that detailed who she played with and photographs during her visit. I will be back here when I need to board my pup again!!!“

“I took a last minute cancelation appointment. I like supporting small business as I have my own small business but not only that my dog does better that way. I don’t want his anxiety our the roof. They took him in, and we talked about previous experience and if he was a biter. He doesn’t bite humans per se but PetSmart told me he tried biting the clippers. So he was a biter. I let them know and she said they would do their best with him and be apart that he was a biter. I came back to pick him up and she said he was a great dog overall and didn’t even try and bite. This is where I know I much rather support small local groomers than big grooming chain business. Helps the dog and helps the owner remain calm. His cut was cute and I can’t wait to take him again. “This was the very 1st time ever boarding a pet and this was our boys 1st experience with other dogs.. unfortunately he can’t talk to let us know how everything went but my husband said that he didn’t want to come home…. We also would love to see more pics or possibly videos just so we can see the interaction…. My only concern was he came home with so much food along with his treats and bones… my boy is spoiled and i guess I can’t expect him to get special treatment or for them to know he gets 2 cookies when he comes on from his last potty break …. I will definitely bring him back for a weekend visit and of course when we go out of town…“

“Dropped off my dog for 3 days. She's a nasty little thing. Will poop and finger paint with it. Will bark non-stop with the most annoying high pitched bark. Thankfully, the staff here were very patient with her. Even though I didn't add an exit bath for her they still took the time to clean her up when I picked up. When I asked how she did they said "she's hyper but she's sweet". They are too kind, I know she's a menace lol. I highly recommend them for being patient and caring towards my pet. Will definitely be back!“
