I absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My first visit post-Covid with my one-year-old Rottweiler was a breeze, thanks to their assistance. Unsure about his friendliness, they provided me with options and tips to help my pup warm up. They even suggested I could wash my dog on-site to make him more comfortable with the workers. Looking forward to our next visit, hoping my Rottweiler becomes friendlier with each interaction!

All I can say is WOW!! JK I have so much to say. This place is by far the best grooming spa for dogs! The customer service was exceptional and Moose came out a new dog. They even dressed him up and took a Christmas picture of him!!

Best groomer in Katy! They were very patient with my dog and make sure she was comfortable and not nervous. I was able to talk to the groomer prior to her groom to discuss what I wanted. She wasn’t put in a cage or around other dogs. Her haircut is exactly what I wanted! Pricing is very reasonable for the service! I won’t go anywhere else after going to Pet Bar Katy!
