I had an amazing experience with Waggin' Tails. I'm am very grateful for the staff because they were extremely helpful when I was in a tight position and desperately needed to get my dog boarded.Once you drive on the property, you immediately notice the space the ranch has for pets to run around. When you walk in the front, there is a cute little store with all kinds of treats and dog accessories.The check-in process was simple. I walked in and told them I was there to drop off my dog, and they took her from me within minutes. We boarded our dog for a week for the first time. He had been to the ranch once before for doggy daycare, so when we dropped him off, he got really excited. I guess that he enjoyed his first visit. When we picked him up, he didn't want to get back into the car and tried to go back into the building. Our dog is crazy spoiled at home, so he must have had a ton of fun at Waggin Tails to want to stay there longer.

You always feel special when you walk in, even if you aren't going there every day. The front desk is always welcoming and super efficient. For the caregivers, my dog can't stop wagging is tail when they come to get him.
