The instructor was so friendly and she chatted with us for a while after class. We would definitely come back to a class here if we are in the area!“

She is highly intuitive and I left knowing that I experienced exactly what I needed for my Whole self. My body and spirit felt extremely at ease after my session, like never before. Thank you Misty!“

6517 E Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth“An enchanting studio that offers vinyasa krama in its most true form~ the owners are down to earth and the teachers are all amazing. I never did yoga before I came here and I learned and loved it so much I ended up doing my yoga teacher training here as well.
The depth is incredible.
Also a huge fan of their workshops too.
Stephanie changed my life when I started seeing her for Thai medicine and Yoga Nidra.
Thank you for providing a space to love and nurture myself“
“Incredible people incredible studio incredible energy incredible instructors, not like any other studio I’ve ever been to. All of the classes are wonderful“

I’m really looking forward to more visit and practicing yoga at the studio. Thank you to all the ladies that made this past week exceptional. You don’t know what you gave me this week all because I chose to show up for myself. Thank you ??“

3204 Winthrop Ave, Fort Worth“I have to say that this place is amazing. I will never stop coming here. I've had numerous soft tissues injuries that have haunted me for many years. A few months of doing this and I feel amazing, no more the lingering issues I've experienced. If you come make sure you ask for Elizabeth, she's great. Elizabeth makes the whole process simple and stress free, she'll talk with you like she's your friend not like your a customer. Great experience, improved health and good vibes.“

5111 Pershing Ave, Fort Worth“My goodness, this place is doing great things. I've never seen a business this community- oriented. We (mother/son combo) dropped in for some spontaneous Yoga. They got us into a wonderful class with all the props. Our pocketbook was not strained at all. These people need recognition for the work they are doing for ALL demographicsThey are also taking donations for their wonderful community outreach. Please try these folks, they're worth the drive!!“

3560 Altamesa Blvd, Fort Worth“Love this gym, lots of space, equipment, and access to loads of amenities and great classes. Have taken the body pump classes by Susan and Karen and they were phenomenal! Amazing for all levels and they kept the workouts fun and at a good pace. I would give 5 stars but lately they've had a lot of equipment and machines break and they are unrepaired for long periods of time. Overall though amazing gym and have turned 3 friends onto it and they now workout there regularly.“

2300 W 7th St #116, Fort Worth“Pros:
A good place to start your fitness journey
Easy for all ages
Water dispenser
Waitlist available
Good music
Cons:
I always had difficulty getting people on the phone. Because it's independent, you must call your studio.
You will need a new account for any other club pilates studio you visit.
Legs straps were occasionally uneven. Get in a little early to check your straps and fix them. The instructor are available to help.
No-show or canceling fee. You have to cancel more then 12 hours in advance.
Cancelling is a slight headache. You can only cancel via the email form link more than a month before your last payment, and after they collect that payment, they will honor their form. (I know there are laws to make gym cancellations easier that took into effect this year)
Your equipment is as clean as the effort of the last person who used it. I had a smelly mat once. After class, everyone is expected to wipe everything down in their station. Obviously, you're going to have people who won't put in the effort, and you don't really know what's in the spray bottle nor do you know the spray bottle recommended instructions to clean.
Overall Feedback
It is a lovely, fun place to work out and start your fitness journey. Time slots at this studio are limited and competitive for certain classes. You'll find your favorite instructor in no time. They're fun and have good energy. I would recommend this place. Will try it again in the future. It's a tad bit pricey, and I wish it was easier to use other studios.“
5 - 7AM
1217 8th Ave #201, Fort Worth“I love the around the room windows and that it's up on the 2nd floor. I ALWAYS recommend this place to people but I've learned that it really depends on what class and instructor you take. For example, I took a power vinyasa with kelsey that was fantastically led even though the class was so booked we were packed in like sardines. On the other hand, took a vin + yin with ~6 other ppl in the class and you could barely hear the instructor to follow along. Also the room never got hot-- i was under the impression that all the classes were hot but i could be wrong .“
5AM - 11PM
2860 Crockett St, Fort Worth“This gym has many beginner to intermediate (1 year to 2 years consistent) level fitness members that seem to be more dedicated than the usual first year is.
Youngsters and seniors own the place ?“
“Tammy is always full of energy, upbeat and very clear on the moves and explains things very well. ??“
