“Another stop on my Class Pass tour - YogaSix! It's called that because they give you six classes to choose from based on what type of yoga you are looking for. I came here on a weeknight evening for an invigorating hour of power yoga. I signed in and was quickly given a free mat as well as towels for the session. I do love doing an exercise like this in a heated room! It really makes your joints nice and limber and the sweat that you get from it is wonderfully detoxifying. I would however recommend that you bring a 'yoga towel' and/or your own mat if you come to the hot class, as their mats are very slippery and you will need to be mindful. Drink plenty of water as you will sweat a great deal and the power class moves pretty quickly. Overall I enjoyed it though, if you are a cardio bunny and/or distance runner just know some of the poses are challenging so modify whenever necessary. They do have a 'RESTORE' class if you want something slower to work out your kinks. Please come check out this beautiful location and I hope that you enjoy!“

“I am so glad that I found Shirley! I have been coming to her for Pilates for a little over a year and a half and it has literally changed my life. I have a back and knee injury and have struggled with pain for years. I wasn't able to work out or even do normal everyday things without pain. Since working out with Shirley, I no longer have to get steroid injections in my back and can do daily activities and even sports without pain! She is always one step ahead with a plan to accommodate me on days where I may be experiencing more pain than normal. There is always an exercise we can do and she puts so much care and thought into her clients. She is truly a blessing to me and I would highly recommend her to anyone!“

“In my experience coming here over the years, Structural Elements’ SI practitioners have been fantastic. Their approach to functional training has given me more confidence that my body can do amazing things! They’ve helped me work through injuries I had from a car accident. Kali, Isaac, and Zack have worked with me to help me with my plantar fasciitis issues. I was told for years by physical therapists and chiropractors that I had plantar fasciitis. However, no one ever taught me practical exercises to help. I even had one practitioner tell me that I should never go barefoot. Going off of that advice, I wore shoes for years, but had extreme discomfort when I didn’t wear them. Doesn’t that seem wrong-to not be able to walk barefoot? After going through a corrective bodywork series, I started to feel more mobility in my ankles and my toes. Also, I noticed improvement with my knees and hips-less aches and pains. One of my favorite benefits I’ve seen is that my feet have started to lengthen and stretch out-I actually wear a larger size now than I did 3-4 years ago! I can now walk barefoot and not experience the discomfort I had for so many years. If you’re feeling like your whole body is out of whack, maybe you could book an ATSI series- this is what I did and it did wonders-like a total body reset. If you’re just wanting to explore more functional workouts/training sessions, I would recommend the Fascial Pliability classes and the Sweat and Sauna too. They’re always adding new training sessions, so check out there website or call.“

“I've taken 2 classes here - both the Classic. I've tried mega reformer pilates but it was my first time using a reformer machine. I came 10 minutes before the class started and was given a full rundown of how the class works and met the instructor. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I had a great time! The instructor would come by and help me when I wasn't sure what to do / it was easy to follow because I had people around me to look at. I'd recommend trying a class if you live in the area! The first class is free and they offer the second class at a discounted price. They have multiple locations in Texas.“

“Who knew that exercising could actually be enjoyable! Having never been a person to really exercise, I was shocked and excited to find something that I truly love. Pilates has been very therapeutic for me. I enjoy going first thing in the morning before heading to work. It is a great way to start my day. If you have tried Pilates before and didn't like it, I encourage you to give Cindy's Pilates a try. No class is ever the same, which keeps the classes very interesting and engaging. I also love that you work literally every muscle in your body...even muscles you didn't realize existed! If you are looking for an enjoyable exercise, where you see results, I highly recommend Cindy's Pilates Studio.“
