I am so glad that I found Shirley! I have been coming to her for Pilates for a little over a year and a half and it has literally changed my life. I have a back and knee injury and have struggled with pain for years. I wasn't able to work out or even do normal everyday things without pain. Since working out with Shirley, I no longer have to get steroid injections in my back and can do daily activities and even sports without pain! She is always one step ahead with a plan to accommodate me on days where I may be experiencing more pain than normal. Shirley is amazing! She helps me with one on one Pilates classes that are tailored to my exact needs. I love that she can help me get my results faster because all of her attention is on me.

I’ve been working with Shirley at Foreverfit Pilates Studio for 19 years now, currently at 3 times a week. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made for my health and fitness. She continues learning and growing and it keeps our sessions fresh. I prefer private sessions as I do feel I get the most out of my time and energy with her careful eye on me, as well as her ability to focus on any new pain or weak area I might be experiencing.
