They offer a wide range of classes and instructor was really great. Will probably end up joining like the little shop in the front so if you forgot, anything you can purchase it before your class.
I have really enjoyed my time at Pilates - Trophy Club. I had a couple of health concerns prior to joining, and both are much better! It is worth my time and effort!! Thanks guys!!!
All the instructors are so patient, encouraging and understanding and no class is the same! After only a few months I am now at the point of attending classes everyday because my body literally craves it. I have no daily pain unless from a tough class and I feel amazing!!
