“I have heard so many good things about Pilates from my patients and friends through the years. I was very excited to get to try Pilates with my friend Anoma for the 1st time. The parking is so convenient, especially for Uptown. The studio is beautiful. The building has great windows, woodwork, and light. It has so many pieces of amazing equipment from the reformer to the Cadillac. Anoma is amazing at her job. She is so informative and encouraging. The whole staff there is amazing as well! Danny is certified in FST for stretching and recovery. Anne is a super kind and knowledgeable instructor also! If you are new to Pilates like me it’s important to start with a private lesson to learn the ropes. If you are well experienced they have ALL the original Pilates equipment that the founder developed. I saw some of the advanced movements and it was incredible! I am looking forward to my next session!“

“Love this place! I've been about 8 times and although it is very hard and challenging no one makes you feel dumb or out of place! The front desk is very inviting and always greets with a smile! The instructors are so sweet and helpful but they definitely work you out & challenge you to the max! I like when they give options if it's too heavy or light! They even say hi/bye to everyone they can! Everyone that comes here is also super nice & they don't mind you peaking to the side if you need help seeing their form! It's honestly a good vibe & a great way to start the day!“

“I’ve had bodywork done over the years. I have a great long-time Chiropracter, worked with a very good young PT at ATI recently and have a friend who is a fabulous massage therapist. All of them have worked with me on some serious back pain issues and I’ve had varying degrees of success with each of them after a series of visits. Last night I shuffled into Pilates Unlimited for a private session with Karen Sanzo and walked out with a normal gait and taller to boot. This was after a session of assisted and tiny, tiny movements. Karen has years of experience as a PT with the additional advantage of deep study as a Pilates teacher and teacher trainer. “I just started going to Session and have consistently gone every Tuesday for the past month or so. Pilates has been a welcome thing to add in to my routine, and Session is worth the hype. They are so friendly and welcoming and I look forward to going.I’m mostly posting to say that Sarah H is a phenomenal instructor. I’ve had A LOT of instructors through a variety of fitness classes and she is among the best. I was so intimidated by the reformer and she was kind, friendly, and put me at ease. Not a lot of instructors take the time to do that with newbies. Beyond that, she provides an awesome/difficult workout and no class I’ve taken with her has been the same. You can tell she enjoys what she’s doing and cares a lot about her clients. I’m not sure if my Tuesdays will always be free, but she keeps me coming back!I look forward to trying more instructors and Sarah H gets an A+!“

“I attended the TreadBarre | Sprint + Sculpt class and it was surprisingly amazing. As a first timer I didn't know what to expect. I workout 5x a week and I can honestly say this class challenged me. The different techniques and timed exercises kept me on my toes the entire time. Megan, our instructor, did a great job guiding me (us) the entire time. She knew it was my first class and made sure I didn't feel left behind. 5/5 experience for sure.“
