“I've been attending IM=X in Mansfield since November 2023. I've attended 26 classes and have done about 3-4x a week the past month. I love the group atmosphere. It was a great place for me to start and I've seen improvement with mobility, flexibility, and overall strength. I plan to keep it going! Def recommend this Pilates studio if you're looking for a low impact workout. It's great for all fitness levels.“
