9644 Plano Rd, Dallas“This is a great dojo! I'm an adult student and one of my kids goes here too. The instructors are engaging, encouraging, and really skilled. I practiced martial arts as a youth with an excellent instructor but then took 30 years off! I came back as a beginner after seeing my son in class and realizing this is a wonderful gym/dojo. Also, the pricing is very reasonable and the workouts are great. Check it out and you will be glad you did.“

We will continue coming here, he is very patient, passionate, tolerant and strict at the same time, his classes are good to create a good environment with discipline and respect to others. I recommend his classes, a lot!“

6869 Frankford Rd # 102, Dallas“I spent a large portion of my life in martial arts. When moving to Dallas my daughters were finally of age to start them in Taekwondo. Unfortunately, the majority of martial arts dojos have become belt farms taught by inexperienced paper black belts that push kids through the belts regardless of if they are truly learning the discipline. I spent quite a few months scouring dojos until I came across Ahn's Taekwondo.Master Ahn has been teaching for decades and has been a master of the discipline the majority of his life. His brother also has a dojo a bit north of his. Master Ahn truly loves what he does, loves the kids, and loves taekwondo. My girls are very different in personality and maturity and he quickly identified their strengths and weaknesses. He works with them every class to overcome their weaknesses and expand on their strengths, while always helping them increase their confidence. He does this while continuing to challenge them. Most importantly this is not a belt farm. If kids are not ready to test, they don't test. If they didn't practice and don't pass their belt test (he gives them many chances to fix mistakes) then they don't pass their belt. They need to earn their achievements. However, when they do, he is the first to give them kudos, raise them up, and bring their confidence to all time high. He's tough, he cares, and he will help your kids grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you are looking for a true martial arts studio, this is the only place to be in Dallas!“

2217 Ivan St, Dallas“I was fortunate enough to have found Steve through a stellar recommendation from my doctor. I've been training with Steve for about 6 months, and have seen/felt incredible positive changes in my body and lifestyle choices. When I started with Steve, I was 30 lbs overweight, 30% body fat, extremely high blood pressure, poor diet, drinking, sedentary lifestyle and hated working out. I was extremely discouraged from a recent disastrous 3-month experience with a previous fitness program that promised quick results with the "perfect workout". I sustained numerous injuries, zero results, and it was extremely expensive.I wasn't even sure Steve would take me as a client because I had such a bad attitude about working out, and I was physically and mentally defeated. At our first meeting, Steve took as much time as I needed to ask/answer questions, listen to my goals and explain honestly what it was going to take to get to those goals. Steve's knowledge of fitness and nutrition is incredible. He created a realistic food plan that would work with the foods I likes to eat. He has an amazing plant-based protein powder called "Militant Vegan" that is fantastic! Chocolate with almond butter is my favorite, but you can add so many things to the vanilla that it's a good choice too.Steve is a great motivator and has completely changed my attitude towards living healthier and working out. I can actually see muscle definition, my balance is significantly improved, my blood pressure and resting heart rate are improved and my favorite jeans fit again! I look forward to training with him 3 times a week and can't wait to see where I will be in another 6 months. He is always adjusting the workouts to push you to your personal best, but never to the point of injury. Safety and correct form are number one.My family and friends are stunned that I am still working out three times a week, and I'm enjoying it! I can't thank Steve enough for making such a huge, positive impact on my health and overall lifestyle change.“

I have known Bob Mason for over 30 years and he is a great teacher, friend and martial artist. This is the place to go if you want to learn Aikido in north Texas.“

2909 Canton St Suite B, Dallas“We enrolled our son in BJJ about a year and a half ago and can’t say enough about how awesome this gym is. All the coaches are patient and kind to the kids while still providing structure and getting work done. This is exactly what kids need to learn discipline, sportsmanship and how to defend themselves. My son loves it and has gained so much more confidence in himself since starting. They also offer a variety of other classes for all ages so there’s something for everyone.“
“Amazing dojang, amazing instructors. My kids are not only practicing taekwondo but also acquiring a lot of good habits and important skills such as focus, self control, respect and discipline!“
