“I did a couple of trial classes at other gyms in the area but ended up choosing this one. This is probably one of, if not, the best gyms in the Dallas area. The coaches are great, know their stuff, and are very patient. The other people who train here are also very friendly and quite skilled, so there's quite a lot you can learn from them as well. You don't even have to take my word for it, just visit an open mat or do a trial class and see for yourself. Whether you're looking for some exercise or trying to compete I'm sure you'll have a great time and find what you're looking for.“
