Honestly the best eye exam I’ve had in years. Dr. Ngyuen was thorough and took the time to explain her process and the health of my eyes. She made sure we got my contact lens prescription right and that I wasn’t having any difficulty with my vision. The front desk/exam assistant associate was also so kind and had a warm aura. I’ll be a customer/patient as long as I live in Dallas!

This is my one stop opt shop for my optical needs. Tami and sister Ahn own and operate EyeVenue, so the process runs smoothly. The staff is ready to assist me as soon as as I enter the door. Ahn is the optician and and Tami takes care of insurance and selections of frames. She aligns my glasses perfectly even if if it takes multiple times. The office is polite and efficient. I love EyeVenue and respect the customer service and the quality of care they deliver.

Top notch patient care from start to finish. Everyone is patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from making an appointment, to the actual exam and finally eyeglass selection, fitting and repair. The whole process was seemless.So grateful to find that such great service and care still exists.
