Great great customer service. The store was clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. My eye exam was thorough and every step of the process was explained to me. All of the employees were knowledgeable about the products and gave suggestions when asked but NEVER tried to hard sell. We never felt pressured to buy any eyewear or add on any upgrades after purchasing new frames. Very pleasing experience.
I knew that i wanted to buy a pair of glasses when in walked in but i didn't know if the store would have a good selection of styles. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and given a tour of how to navigate through the selections. I immediately knew the style that i was aiming for and the first pair of glasses i tried on i ended up buying. I wish shopping everywhere was as easy as it was here. It saved me so much time and second guessing. I've since already recommended Warby to 5 other friends in the span of 24 hours.
There was an issue with my insurance/billing that led to some frustration on my end. However, the store manager figured out the problem and got it taken care of without any issues. I very much appreciate the excellent customer service and their quick response, and I'm excited to get the new glasses!
