I was seen almost immediately as I finished paperwork, no waiting. The reviews complaining about this seem to be over exaggerating. I went for a LASIK consult and it took just over 2 hours, which is typical for a consult, and Doctors have to eat lunch and take breaks too. I think the other reviewers were way too judgemental.They had the best price in town with their April promotion, but I had to go a with a military eye doctor, since my LASIK is for joining the Navy, I had to pay almost 1000$ more for the same procedure. Would have went with them if I had more of a choice. They were professional and personable the entire consultation.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes. I was completely blind in my right eye. The surgery was successful and I can now see. This of course is most important.Everything about the experience was great (before, during and after). I recommend them without reservation.

Ms. Williams handled everything in a timely manner, and she was a great help while transfering my insurance And she was dependable when she said she would complete the task of rescheduling my appointment then it got completedThank you Dr. Carter and your dtaff
