I was upset and so I hung up... I called around but no vet answered or about the same... On October 6 my Anya passed away in my arms... I was so upset that I posted a review that wasn't nice... Then, today in church, I realized it wasn't the receptionist's fault, the vets fault or my fault... It was her time to go.. and I guess I wanted to blame someone, anyone back then... Which was very selfish of me... So I apologize to this veterinarian clinic... You always treated my dogs with great care in the past... I have Junior left now and he is my focus.. once again my apologies... And I hope this doesn't affect my future with y'all, if it does I understand..“

“The veterinarians are really good people and so caring...they always remember me and my dogs. One of my dogs had an issue they were working with me on and kept trying until she finally got better. Dr Garett is the BEST!!!! Dr P and Dr Brooks are also really good too! The majority of staff are great. I've only had 1 small issue with a front desk person over the many years we've gone here.“

“They were professional and handled my pup with great care. My only complaint is that the initial nurse, I did not get her name, was intimidated by my pup and sent someone else to assist after telling me she would be right back.

This can be both a pro and con dependent on how you view the situation. Perhaps she was just not the right person to assist us, but given her profession in other situations she may have to overcome her own fears.

The next nurse that came in was amazing, still I did not get a name. The clinic itself is nice and clean.

I cannot give feedback to the vet on site because I never met them.“

Helped my two dogs with their health care needs, their prices were very low compared to the other animal hospitals. Very thorough with the long-term care, costs and future appointments .
