Love Dr. Hoke and love the techs however, being placed on hold for 5+ minutes more than one occasion (3 times actually) is ridiculous. I understand the front gets busy, but perhaps better customer service and communication from Christy would help. Very disappointing when I was trying to call about a serious matter regarding a follow up.

My family has brought our pets here for many years, and now that I have my own puppy, I bring her here, too. The people that work here quickly become like family, and they truly care for your pet as if it were their own. I highly recommend them!!!

We found Nueces Vet due to a need for emergency care for a porch pup that showed up. They are straight forward, honest, kind, understanding, and all around awesome with our experience so far. Im from the Austin area and I have not lucked out with such awesome vets like I have in this area. Our pup had to be hospitalized and I have been able to call every day and speak with the technician directly about our new girls progress. They also will accept Care Credit which was litterally a life saver for us! Yall are awesome, thank you!
