There was a little bit of a wait, but mostly my fault, as another commenter mentioned that this office is "known for its high volume service to the local community, and that it's best to get there early." I didn't heed the warning to my detriment, next time I'll be early.Other than that, I had a great experience. My tech was friendly and knowledgeable. And what she didn't know, she was honest about, but quickly got an answer from veteran staff. That's enough to win me as a customer for life, even if the wait IS kinda long, ya never know who you might strike up a conversation with. I would highly recommend for big or small dogs cats and all friendly information as needed definitely a go-to for your furry friend. Always the best advice somewhat hectic but for a small office does a lot of work

I have been coming here since 2006 on my resent adopted fur babies. Great service, and prices. The wait time during this COVID time has increased, yet the good service and care towards my fur baby is not compromised.
