So glad I found this place. I've taken 4 beginners classes so far and love it. Both Helen and Mel are great instructors. Looking forward to continuing my classes at SOMOS Yoga.

I started taking hot yoga classes about 4 months ago. I’ve taken a classes with a few different instructors instructors and they are all really great. The classes have really helped with sore muscles and injury recovery from doing jiu Jitsu. I’d definitely recommend others to take classes at Somos.

My first class made me feel like a whole new person!I’m so excited to continue this journey, within myself and make time for me!Dani made me feel so comfortable, I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience- can’t wait to bring some friends with me next time!
