Natasha's Yin class on Friday is just what I needed. Moving and always challenging while finding peace! Natasha offers modifications whether it is staying where you are today or pushing yourself to go further. Her classes are grounding and LOVE her chanting and dedication to this practice! Can't wait to go back!
I LOVED this studio space and the class! I took Randi's class while I was passing through town, and she was so great! The studio was beautiful, lots of space, and every design is so intentional and well thought out. It felt like I was walking into a super inspiring, relaxing, charming, and peaceful space. Add that with the amazing yoga class I had, and that equals 5 stars. I'll be back.
