Ms. Lindy lights up a room and has great energy, which is incredibly infectious. Her classes are terrific and her method of incorporating Acro Yoga in her class is outstanding. Prior to becoming a Registered Yoga teacher, not only she does offer you the yoga tools to get you the body and life you want, she also teach us how to grow the business.
