I feel that he really understood what I wanted and understood how to make it look good without any question! I am extremely impressed! My patio door needed to be rescreened and my pet door replaced. I contacted Screens N Covers and they assured me the job could be done. I took the down to the shop on Tuesday and spoke with a wonderful woman (who I am sorry forgotten her name). She explained it might be a week or two since some employees had been sick with COVID. Also, she told me she would call me with an estimate. However, when she called me this morning she shared my door was done!! I was so surprised but very happy. The work was professional and the door is back up in place, and my pet and I are both happy. I have many medical issues & he stays attentive & careful going the extra distance to make sure of things including but not limited to making sure there are no bad medication interactions. He takes enough time to answer my questions & orders regular labs to check my blood work as necessary. I appreciate him very much. His staff are bright & caring and also go the extra distance. Could not have asked for better photographers! Amy and Dan went so above and beyond — the final results were absolutely unbelievable! They somehow managed to get every shot we wanted without having it feel like we were taking photos for hours. We couldn't be happier with the photos — there are so many amazing candid shots that we will cherish forever. My husband and I don't normally love taking photos but Amy and Dan made us feel so comfortable. On top of being organized and professional, they are really just the most lovely people! It has been years since I have been to a Sport Clips for a haircut as I wasn’t happy with my previous haircut in Indiana where I’m originally from so decided to try the one in Copperas Cove (visiting family) in the hope they can give me the confidence again. Tamera was the nice beautiful polite lady that did my haircut and beard trimmed and she did an outstanding job and gave me my confidence back that Sport Clips is a doable place to get a haircut. I love E so much!! Give this gal a RAISE! I recently moved into town and was worried about finding a new nail tech that I like, and this wonderful lady took all those fears away. I'll go to her every time she's there. She's so sweet, considerate, fun to talk to, and really cares about her clients feeling comfortable and beautiful. As of writing this, I've had my nails done twice by her and have been blown away each time. She's very talented at her craft! I've always been offered drinks as well. Highly recommend, 10/10

This salon is just wonderful! After moving to Cove, it was a challenge to find a salon that was reasonable in price but also had great quality. Brenda went above and beyond! While I had to wait just a few minutes past my scheduled time, her attention to detail, consideration in what I wanted, and understanding on keeping the conversation flowing if I wanted to made up for it! I will definitely visit again.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a tattoo shop and I want to thank these guys from the bottom of my heart for that. Justin did my and my brothers tattoos and really brought what we wanted to memorialize our mom and dad by to life. We did walk in and he got it done in a good amount of time but didn’t rush which I appreciate. Chris and Shay were really cool too and kept me company while my brother got his tattoo done. They were all so friendly and kind to us and we really felt welcome here. Definitely recommending this shop to everyone I know in the area or planning on coming to the area.
I got my first tattoo here in 2018 by the old man (shop) owner. I have other tattoos from other shops that don’t look as good as this tattoo years later. it is a family owned shop so it’s not gonna be your big business tattoo environment but the work they provide it phenomenal and I recommend.
We are very pleased with Centex Rootdown Plumbing. They came out on a Saturday, without an appointment. We were trying to replace our old vanity in the master bathroom and ran into unexpected problems. We reached out to them on their website and they responded as soon as possible. They have been back since and we are having them do some other projects for us because their work is good quality. They have been reliable and responsive to our needs. I had a great experience, workers where friendly and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job removing 2 toilets and put new ones in, plus there was some other work, like fixing the water faucets from sink and tub , also the waterline to the toilet. They cleaned up behind them. I will use them again and recommend Copperas Cove Plumbing.

I get teary-eyed when I pull up in the drive way and see the changes.When I first started my home improvement process back in April, applying for a home equity loan, getting bids, deciding on colors, I always knew wanted to use a local company from my hometown of Copperas Cove.On July 12, when you came out to the house, I had tentatively made arrangements with a company from Belton to do the siding and a company from Lampasas to do the roof. Even with the tentative agreement, I was unsure about them. After you left that day, I breathed a sigh of relief, I knew instinctively RNC was the company to hire.I am so glad I did hire RNC Construction, I stayed local, paid less, received better quality work, and my house looks better than I ever dreamed. Yes, that is worth mentioning twice.Saying Thank You just does not seem like enough.

I have been dealing with the American home shield and my AC throughout the summer. My AC was out for two months during the summer but the owner came out to my house one night and fixed my AC and then came back to clean my coil. They were very organized and professional throughout the whole process and they allowed me to see the before and after results. What a blessing to have met Austin and his amazing crew. Once again, if you are looking for quality dedicated people, please check them out because they will get the job done.

When I moved to Copperas Cove, I needed to find a good vet for my dogs. Based on reviews, I was torn between Animal Medical Center and Crossroads. I had 2 dogs, so I decided to try both, 1 at each. To keep this short, I felt terrible that I didn't bring both of my dogs to Animal Medical Center in the first place! They really care for Animals, are professional, honest, and fair in price. They try to help in any way they can, and I've brought multiple strays here to get them better and to new homes. My current vet, Dr. Johnston is absolutely amazing! She's been helping us track down the root cause of my dogs allergies and he is doing so much better thanks to her! Keep up the amazing work Animal Medical Center Team!!
I had to find an vet that was closer because I just moved from gatesville and previously moved from GA/Florida (Militarylife). I've had a great experience here bringing all 3 of my cats to get there basic needs caught up, nothing serious.
So if you have a problem dog. Like we do you understand how difficult it is to find a vet that doesn't make it worse. Well we were sure lucky to find this place. For the first time it isn't a stress issue to take out animal there. I've never felt the confidence that I do with any vet like I do at crossroads. I am new to the area and while looking for a LMT to work on my back, I found Lizzie's information and gave her a call. I have used massage therapy for a number of years to deal with issues in my shoulders and back (resulting from injuries and corrective surgeries). Prior to meeting with Lizzie today, my back was knotted up and was impacting my daily routine. The work Lizzie did was professional, thorough, and provided immediate relief. I've only ever recommended one other massage therapist and now Lizzie is the second one. Massage works for me. It may not work for everyone, but if you need anything from stress relief to relief from knotted muscles, give Lizzie a call and discuss your needs. As you can tell, I was impressed.
