Centex Plumbing ServicesSo yesterday we got a visit from our local Killeen water department stating we had a leak as our usage was over 22,000 gallons for the month and in 9 days we had already gone through 9,000 gallons.We quickly contacted a local plumbing company. They came out the same day and assessed the situation. Lord and behold not the news a homeowner wants to hear when you have a main water leak under the slab. David scheduled us for first thing in the morning for repairs.The crew came out and got it knocked out. They were very professional and courteous. I recently bought a new hot water heater and within an hour of having it hooked up there were issues right away, the manufacturer suggested I find a plumber and I called Centex plumbing services a little after 5 and left a message and within 20 minutes or so I was called back, explained what was going on with my new water heater and I was very impressed with the answer to my issue, that instead of just taking advantage, I got a honest answer that the Issue wasn't something they felt comfortable trying to fix, that it was probably a defective water heater and best to get a replacement. Had a leak in the main line coming from my meter. Talked to Bubba and he sent his guy out a couple hours later. Quick, efficient and very professional. I will definitely be calling them again if I need any work done!Service: Plumbing leak repair
