Had a Emergency, I called them and I was quickly seen . Dr Diaz is the best we did all we could but I had to let my Baby go. Staff and everyone were very compassion with everything.
Dr. Beene has always been so good to my babies. The staff has great compasion and very considerate of your feelings and emergencies. I'm satisfied with the treatment my babies have received since I have lived here. I never shopped around for the least expensive Doctor for my children and don't for my fur babies. I look for sympathy and support for my situation be it a routine visit or emergency. Thank you for being there when I need you!
After being told a life or death emergency was not important enough to bump regularly scheduled check up visits by more local vets to me, I reached out to CrossRoads. They made special concessions for me right away to get my dog seen. They were kind and compassionate when delivering the hard truth about my dogs situation. Although my first experience with Crossroads ended with the loss of a loved pet, I now bring my family pets to them regularly.Kindness, compassion and honesty go a long way.
