“Dr. Brands was fantastic! He is currently helping us with our dog and has been very thorough patient and attentive to our needs. I can’t recommend this place enough.“
“Their grooming service is always consistent. Very happy with them. Prices are reasonable too.“
“K9 Culture was perfect for what I was looking for with training my dog Bert. I really liked the day and training option. As a rescue, Bert was still getting acquainted at home and I didn’t necessarily want him gone the whole time and I like that it required that I put in the work too with training him.
Brittney did an amazing job teaching Bert! She was very attentive to him and kept me in the loop with all his progress! He is a little anxious at first and when he finally warmed up to her, he always
looked toward to seeing her. He is stubborn so it has still been an ongoing process but I feel that he has a strong training foundation thanks to Brittney! She helped me understand the why’s and how’s for his training and on lesson days made sure I had everything I needed to continue what she taught him.
Since Bert has finished his training with Brittney, we have been doing group trainings now which has been helping him with his socialization and anxiety. We also have the option for tune-ups when he needs a refresher with Brittney for his training.
You can tell that everyone at K9 Culture shares the love of animals! I would highly recommend this training facility to anyone who needs dog training.“
“My pomsky Luna (short for Lunatic), was as stubborn as they come thanks to the half husky in her. She would never come when called at 10pm and 5:30am potty breaks, could never settle, and would practically drag my fiancé whenever on walks. Thanks to Mark @ Tip Top K9 and his broad knowledge of dog training, those behaviors are more or less gone completely and have made our lives that much easier. We really can't thank them enough for all they did.“
“We always have a great experience at South Flower Mound Animal Hospital! The doctors and staff are so helpful, friendly, and caring. They are so sweet with our dog! Highly recommend!“
“I used Colleyville Animal Clinic in the past for my senior cat. Dr. Blick did a great job caring for her.
Now we have a new puppy and decided to come back to the clinic! We are super excited to be back. Dolly loves the staff.“
“Have been using Boulevard for many years because we love the doctors and wonderful staff!
They are always prompt, friendly and professional. Our dogs love going there as well because there’s always lots of treats❣️“
“We love the care our pet receives, including the one-on-one explanation of specific treatments from the doctor (not the tech or receptionist). This clinic is not close to our home, but is worth the extra drive for excellent pet care!“
“We engaged Carla to help us incorporate our new rescue dog Moose with our 4 year old German Shepard mix, Charlotte. Although Charlotte has been in a family with another dog, she did not take well to us adopting Moose after we lost our senior dog about a year ago. We worked with Carla on both dogs, and saw the biggest difference in Charlotte after a board and train for 2 weeks and follow up tips she gave us after Charlotte came home. Charlotte has become way less anxious, no longer pulls on walks (which is huge since she is about 95 pounds), and has become way less reactive towards other dogs and animals (squirrels, rabbits, etc.) on walks (before, she would lose it). She made so much progress in such a short period of time, it truly amazed us, especially since she’s been in training before and we only saw marginal improvements. Carla also helped us understand our new dog Moose, and get us off on the right foot. Moose and Charlotte get along great now, and the house is way more peaceful than it was before. Thank you, Carla!“
“Always easy to schedule an appointment and staff is very helpful.
Prompt attention to my pet’s needs - highly recommend!“
“Amazing office and team! They were just as concerned for my baby as I was. They also gave her lots of cuddles ❤️“
“Very caring staff. I was able to get my sick dog in last minute. Good experience all around!“
“Service has always been awesome. Been taking my pup there for last 4 years. Our pup gets his grooming done here and is always been taken well care of.“
“I have been showing here 1-2 times per year since I did w/t/c crossrails and now I am jumping 2'3 and over. Always a great show experience! Very nice facility, always clean, highly recommended!“
“Playful pet resort has been amazing to us and our dog Rambo. Jason the owner is so wonderful and so is all the staff. They are all SO nice and SO loving!! Yes he runs a business but he isn’t into it for the money. He truly cares about every dog that comes here and is involved in all the day to day stuff which I LOVE. Everytime I have dropped off or picked up my dog he has been there at the front desk. All the staff treats our pup like it’s their own and I know Rambo will be in the best care while we’re gone. Also i love that we can watch him on the cameras while he is out playing:) Thank you guys for all you do!!!!“
“I can't say enough good things about Boarding Bungalow. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. We have been going here almost 10 years, since they started this location (and actually even before that--when it was "Woofgang"). The employees are friendly, happy, and genuinely love the animals. They are always clean, efficient and organized. In 10 years, my dog has never gotten fleas or any illness here. Actually, she got her first flea in 10 years during quarantine when we weren't even going to BB. The owner, Kim, is lovely. You can tell she works her tail off (pun intended) and is always coming up with new, innovative things to implement. During COVID they offered "stimulus checks" and their latest addition, Bungalow University, just goes above and beyond. I love going to work and knowing my pup is being cared for and loved on. If you had anything but a great experience here, I would urge you to give it another try because that's definitely not the norm. I don't know what I would do without them!“
“Saving AstroWhen we first adopted Astro, we had no idea what we were getting into. He seemed like a big, friendly husky. “He’s food aggressive,” said the lady at the rescue society where we picked him up. No problem, I thought. Over the last twenty years we’ve had many huskies, usually have at least 4 or 5 at a time, and I’ve dealt with dogs growling over their food bowl before and gotten through it. Astro, however, was much worse than that. He didn’t just have food aggression, he also had severe fear issues and clearly had been beaten or backed into a corner before. By the time we got to Victoria we had been through one trainer and Astro had bitten me three times, the last time pretty severely. I was lucky he hadn’t sent me to the hospital. For the first time in our life, my husband and I seriously considered euthanasia as an option. We couldn’t give him back to any adoption center or rescue knowing the danger he posed. We couldn’t let him put our other dogs at risk, not to mention the neighborhood kids. We had already put him on doggie Prozac, and he was still biting. Our vet suggested an animal behaviorist, as opposed to just a trainer. My husband found Victoria on a Google search and we asked her to come over right away. She started with evaluating all our dogs interacting together at my house, and spent well over an hour with me talking through the different incidents with Astro and when they happened, and what had happened before and after each incident. We had initially thought maybe we would send Astro to board with her and train for several weeks, but after the home visit she recommended that he stay here while we trained. Astro had so much fear and uncertainty in his behavior, he didn’t really need to be put in yet another new environment.Without going into every single detail, what I can tell you is that Astro today is a completely different dog than the one that would crouch at the back of his crate showing me all his teeth. He’s happy and gaining confidence every day. He used to shy away from our other dogs (including him we have 5 huskies), but now he plays with them. I went from being afraid to place a food bowl in front of him, to where now, when I place down the bowl, he’s wagging his tail and half the time I get a “thank you” slurp on the face as I put it down in front of him.Yes, it took months, and we had to get here in stages, but he’s part of the family now and a completely different dog. We carefully followed Victoria’s weekly instructions, to the letter. That means about 5 or 10 minutes EVERY day, 2 to 3 times a day, going through the exercises she showed us. It works, and it worked wonders for us. She pinpointed the very specific triggers and problems with Astro, and we worked in steps to train him to think and react differently and unlearn those bad behaviors. Victoria is not a “sit and stay” trainer. She looks at your dog’s individual and specific problems, and then tailors a program unique to your situation. We highly recommend her.“
“I cannot say enough good things about Anne! She took time out of her busy day to call me and speak with me at length about the puppy I am getting this coming Monday. She gave so many helpful tips and amazing advice and I’m only on her waitlist! Aka she did all of this out of the kindness of her heart. This is really a rare quality these days and I am so unbelievably thankful for her wisdom, insight, and time! Highly recommend this trainer!“
“This is really difficult because we ended up having to have our 19 year old Kitty put to sleep. We got him as a 7-week-old kitten. He was half Burmese and half other cat. Loving, in fact demanded loving. Beautiful cat he was all about people.
People at the clinic were very sweet and let us have whatever time we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.“
“Our two dogs absolutely LOVE going to Dogtopia. When I say the word "Dogtopia," they know exactly what it means, they start whining, wagging their tails, running towards their leashes, and they are ready to go!! When we pull up to Dogtopia in the car they are barking, going crazy, and can't wait to get inside to play. They've been go to daycare and overnights since they were pups and LOVE playing with the other dogs and getting loved on by all the workers!“
“My dog has been going here since she was two months and they treat her like family. She is always so excited when we pull up to the facility and gets home super tired from all the activities and fun. The videos and pictures they provide are amazing memories that I have been able to keep forever. Not to mention, they have a special talent for getting the dogs to sit pretty for their pictures! I will never have enough amazing things to say about this team and facility!“
“Never had any issues. Always quickly assisted with our needs with no problems. Cocoa loves going there and loves the employees. Thank you for taking care of crazy Cocoa!!!!“
“we have used CityVet flower mound for boarding, grooming, and vet care and have always had a great experience. We’ve always been able to get on the schedule and have found our pup to be cared for by the staff.“
“Excellent veterinary care for my senior dog over the years. They are very knowledgeable and thorough.“
“I love this vet office. Super easy to make appointments and amazing staff to help you through the whole visit. Dr. Dunn was great, and the techs are all amazing, kind and efficient. My visit was quick and easy and they take the time so show our pets some love while still getting the job done. I appreciate everyone here and will always come back.“
“Best Vet services in the area. Friendly staff and doctors. I have been going here for YEARS and simply love them. Dr Greg was so kind when I had to put a dog down. The staff took time to send me a hand written sympathy card and it really touched my heart. I have referred many friends and family to this practice and they are all as happy with them as I am!!!❤️“
