“Just had to make the difficult, yet necessary decision of euthanizing our 17 year old terrier. The staff, from the front office to the Veterinarian, could not have been more professional and comforting during the process. Her customer service skills are impeccable and her empathy with pet owners is unmatched no first time taking my dogs. There was a different lady at the reception desk and unfortunately, I forget her name, but she was very kind and expressed worry about my baby. The vet was in very fast. They were so understanding they were quick, gentle and kind. It did not seem like money hungry like some other places we’ve been they do not try to nickel and dime. “Overall it was great experience dropping my dog off for a day. The booking & check in process went smoothly. I decided to do a 1:1 session boarding for the day & the morning manager on 10/07/2024 and Christina at the front desk did a great job with making sure my dog felt comfortable throughout her entire stay since it was her first time at pet paradise. We will be bringing her back more for day camps & possibly for boarding!“
