“The facility is super clean and the place looks amazing. The staff is very friendly and my puppy is super exhausted after his first kennel stay ever. We paid for the gold package which includes everything. The only thing I would have liked is when I picked my baby up on Sunday is that they would have let me know how he did all week, whether he met a doggy friend to play with all week and in general how his stay was. Instead, the lady seemed bothered that she was working on a Sunday and told us nothing which was quite unpleasant for the $800 we had just spend for our spoiled pup to stay for the week. I would have loved to known how he did. I guess we will never know but assumingly, he got the full treatment we paid for and was super happy and spoiled and loved on!“
