An unexpected issue occurred which prevented the phone from turning on. Carlos explained that he had never encountered a similar issue but he would assume full responsibility for the damage. He stands behind his work and is very responsible. We understand things happen but appreciate business owners like him that are honest. He was able to turn on the phone and I upgraded to a new one when I left his business. Next day we came back to get accessories. We highly recommend him.“

Battery bank was the perfect size for what I need it for (which is to keep as an emergency item in my edc bag). Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong charging cable. I went back in, they happily exchanged it for the charging cable I needed. No questions asked. Both associates were very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely coming back if I'm ever in a pinch.
