“My husband took his iPhone 8 plus to Carlos to replace shattered back glass. It was operating when we dropped it off. An unexpected issue occurred which prevented the phone from turning on. Carlos explained that he had never encountered a similar issue but he would assume full responsibility for the damage. He stands behind his work and is very responsible. We understand things happen but appreciate business owners like him that are honest. He was able to turn on the phone and I upgraded to a new one when I left his business. “I smashed my iphone 13 screen at work and needed to get it replaced. I was doing research on getting the screen replaced and the prices I was getting were almost half the cost of a new phone. I then found this place on a google search with good reviews. I went here randomly during my work day to see the cost and I was surprised that it was almost half the price I was quoted at different companies early in the week. They were also able to get my screen replaced right then and there. I left my phone with them and I had my phone back in my hand within an hour of me arriving at the location. Super pleased with the price, service, and how quick they were able to get my phone fixed and back to me. If I happen to break another screen I know where I am going now.“
