My husband took his iPhone 8 plus to Carlos to replace shattered back glass. It was operating when we dropped it off. An unexpected issue occurred which prevented the phone from turning on. Carlos explained that he had never encountered a similar issue but he would assume full responsibility for the damage. He stands behind his work and is very responsible. We understand things happen but appreciate business owners like him that are honest. He was able to turn on the phone and I upgraded to a new one when I left his business. Next day we came back to get accessories. We highly recommend him.
