“Good Vibes from Dr Hashemi...He was thorough and professional and gave you options. I went for an annual eye exam which was way overdue. Got the prescription for eyeglasses. Note contacts are so expensive here and u did be smart to check other places online to get them. Dailies versus monthly on 1800 contacts you can get them for about 20$ -50$ cheaper per box. Nothing detrimental to report on the practice.“

She always gives me lots of information when I ask a question. It is very hard to find doctors who are this attentive and involved. Julie at the front desk is also very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me get a rebate on my glasses and gave me all the right documentation for my FSA account. I really appreciate the personal touch.“

“Today I picked up my glasses and the lady with the salt and pepper hair who fits your glasses is AMAZING!!! I said in my previous review that I will not be coming back but I would like to retract the message. I think the next time I will not give my only set of glasses that I have and also give up to two weeks to come in. I also heard them tell a customer that they can have them delivered to your house . I do apologize for my last comment I was just upset because I couldn't see. I will definitely rebook next year .“

“I visited Swiss Eye Care on October 27, 2023, because I had the floaters (Bi Mun Jeung) on my left eye. I was worried about it. When I contacted the clinic, I could make an appointment on the next day. The front staff was nice enough to check me in. The following computerized eye exam was accurate and excellent. In addition, Dr. An Sang-Won examined my left eye thoroughly. He explained about the eye floaters in detail and answered all my questions. His manner toward a patient was very gentle and professional. He is a licensed optometrist. I recommend Swiss Eye Care if someone looks for an optical clinic.“

“Dr. Peterson is my favorite optometrist of all time and I'm pretty old. Brian is my favorite optician of all time. They are both very good at what they do and are always polite.

I did not give the office a 5 star rating because of several bad experiences with an optician whose name begins with an R. He makes everything difficult. He tends to respond to questions with a question. Several times he tightened the hinges so tight it was a chore to open and close them. When I asked him to loosen them a little he became defensive as though I insulted him. He said they will loosen over time. When I asked again if he could loosen them a little, he took them, stood up, turned around and acted like he was turning the screws over and over. When he gave them back they were totally loose and he had a grin on his face. I just drove to another My Eye Doctor location and the woman there was very polite and adjusted them just fine the first time - no problem
. Until Brian was hired I would go directly to another location for all adjustments.“
