“I have been a patient at My Eye Dr in Florida for years and live in Richardson part of the time. I always scheduled my appointments at the Florida location since I liked my Dr there. I recently started suffering from dry eyes and eye allergies so I researched a location near me and I’m so glad I did!! Anne was extremely kind, helpful and got me in to see Dr. Black within a few days. She even took the time to call me back to let me know that she could use my medical insurance if I get a referral from my primary care Doctor. Dr Black is amazing! He has an incredible “chair side” manner and takes his time to explain every detail. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. For once in years, I feel like my eye issues are truly being addressed. He came up with a plan to help my eye issues. Dr Black truly put my anxiety regarding my eyes at ease. I was really worried it was a bigger issue and he reassured me. Anne was also so helpful when I realized my insurance didn’t cover the eye drops prescribed and she took the time to let me know what to do and answered my questions when I had to call back a couple of times. She’s really patient! The entire front desk is really kind and this office has a nice, relaxing atmosphere that puts you at ease.I’m so happy I found a new eye Dr and staff that truly care!“
