Every single interaction I have with the staff at this location has been phenomenal! The attention and care they give to patients here is unmatched. When I came in a couple weeks ago, I got a free pair of sunglasses with my glasses prescription. And the woman who helped me swap out my frames today did an amazing job, and she is always so bubbly and full of positive energy every time I go.
I received some of the best service i ever got from an eye doctor here. Super friendly, quick, attentive, and work with you to get the best deals from insurance/other offers. Plus, free sunglasses. Contacts came in led than a week. I was pleasantly surprised.
I very seldomly take the time to leave a review, but its also rare these days to be completely blown away by customer service ANYWHERE! Everything about my experience from calling to schedule the appointment, to getting me in on time, to the nurse performing all of my tests with the best attitude and bedside manner, and then Dr. Peterson's care were all OUTSTANDING! Cannot recommend this place enough.
