From the doctors to the therapists, to the front desk, this office has been such a blessing, helpful, and a gift to our family and even more our daughter. The team at OVTC has worked one on one with our daughter not only to achieve in the program but now is well exceeding above goal. The office doesn't go theough insurance but please dont let this stop you. They are hear to help you walk through the process and talk with your insurance. My daughter has nothing less than a 92 for her grades and starts for her A class 14U spftball team. My daughter's words..."mom i can see the ball now!" We can not thank you all enough!“

“The optometrist was condescending when answering questions. When I asked for her to simplify things because her technical terminology was not making any sense, she was clearly annoyed but still did not know how to explain things more simply and continued to complicate things with medical terminology. I feel like the exam was over complicated and unnecessarily stressful. People want to understand the numbers you are throwing out, especially since we are being given options between glasses/contacts and can not make an informed decision when we dont completely understand the information being given. I would highly suggest learning how to communicate the information you are trying to give people in a way that even a 5 year old can explain. We get you went to school and are educated... there is no need to overcompensate by talking above your patients level of comprehension.“

“My husband and I just had our first eye appointment here after braking up with our previous optometrist of 9 years. We chose this office for convenience as we usually purchase our eyeglasses next door at Lens Crafters.The staff was super nice, and this is a big deal for me. I am used to having my concerns dismissed but Dr. Wallace’s demeanor and professionalism blew my mind - she addressed my concerns and put me at ease. What my husband loved was that they were on time (I understand delays, I really do, but we are used to waiting 30 min to be seen and then waiting another 15 after the tests to see the doctor. We thought 1 hr for an appointment was normal - we know now that it is not.) Also, when we were checking out my husband mentioned to me that his prescription had changed significantly. He opted not to purchase contact lenses today because he still has some left over from last year and he only wears them a few days a month. I told him that he should have don’t the contact lense exam then, because after wearing his new prescription in his glasses he will notice the difference in his contacts and may not want to wear them. The receptionist handed me my receipt and informed us that he had 90 days to return and complete a lense exam if he changed his mind. Once again, they are all helpful and informative.I know that I will not dread getting my exam next year, I actually look forward to seeing this team again.Thank you!“

“I love this place. Everyone is so friendly. They squeezed me in because I ran out of contacts. I was in and out in about one hour. They even price-matched a year supply of contacts and gave me complimentary contacts until my order comes in. The doctor was thorough, the place is super clean, and they have complimentary coffee and water. I don’t buy glasses, but the frame selection looks great. It’s a 30-minute drive from my house but so worth it!“

“I showed up late due to the map sending me to the wrong location. And they still saw me! It is at the Costco building but it's outside but connected to the building! You will see the door and a sign above the door! Before you walk into Costco it's to the right. Dr Buck is a sweet and kind doctor! I like that he didn't rush me he answered all of my questions! I also like that whatever concerns that you have with your eyes. He will answer them as well! Also they are affordable and there's no hidden cost! The Receptionist is very sweet as well! I recommend this place! And I will return when it's time to get another eye exam! ?“
