I've been seeing Dr. Kautzman-Baker for years, I've always appreciated her approach to patient education, and how well she explains eye health to you. She is very kind and patient, and I've never had a bad experience seeing her. I will say it is a small office, and it can be difficult to get someone on the phone right away, but someone will always call me back shortly after I leave a message. Wonderful service and a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Kristen Kaurzman-Baker does such a great job of fitting contacts for patients needing multifocal type lenses for eyes that tend to be dry. I had almost given up wearing contacts and she saved the day! She also has a great personality and takes the time to listen and educate.I have recommended her to friends and family.
