“Y’all I love the personal training here! I have chronic back issues and have suffered with pain most of my adult life. I am still a very active person but found myself in need of some personal training to prep for an upcoming backpacking trip. I had 6 personal training session with Cassey to focus on hips/butt/thighs and agility. During the course of the training my pain vanished!!! No joke. I never thought that my chronic issues could be significantly improved with strength training. I’m so pleased and have continued with the training at home. I highly recommend her training for anyone in need!!!“
