The owner Ben is also very involved , dedicated and ready to chat and help. Coaches are very supportive too and always answer any question and let you know if you are not moving correctly. I came here 5-6 months ago, never really having any training/gym experience, and he has both taught me how to work out and helped me gain noticeable strength, balance, mobility, and muscle definition.
