I exceeded my personal expectations of myself. I don’t know why it took me 3 months to take a class it was free!The staff was there to make sure that my stance or posture was correct. I have been impressed from day one. You get out what you put into each workout. I reached my goal and I’m in better shape . People say I look amazing but I feel amazing, sleeping better, my knees aren’t hurting. I can squat down. I can get up and down off the floor now.Just 3 or 4 days a week and eating even a little bit better can make a difference.They have daily motivational messages on Facebook that I swear were meant just for me.I can’t say enough about Results Personal Training but thank you.“

The facility is always immaculately clean and tidy, and the workouts are fit to my individual abilities. I leave feeling tired, but never uncomfortably exhausted or aching. I feel soreness the next day, but not to the point where it's limiting in any way, just enough to let me know I had a good workout the day prior.The kitchen here is honestly a hidden gem. Post workout smoothies are delicious with tons of options, and the take home meals have all been great and well proportioned for the price.The staff educating me on proper nutrition combined with the workouts have improved my physical abilities, energy, and promoted muscle development while dropping body fat.Anyone serious about wanting to improve their life through better diet and exercise but seeks personal coaching and guidance, ESN is worth a visit.“
