I was able to experience my first Pilates Reformer class today at Longevity. It is a must with this locatin. The facility is clean and I felt informed and educated. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable about the equipment. It was an amazing workout along with being educated about the workout. Simple instructions which I appreciated.
Drop by and try them out. What a wonderful gym. Nice and clean. Great pilates studio and instructor. You also have several trainers to choose from if your looking for personal training, pilates classes as well as boot camp classes. You can choose what fits for you. Also you will always find clean bathrooms and showers white crisp clean towels.
This is the greatest facility that I’ve been to on Earth. I have lost weight and put on muscle working out with Corey. My eating habits have improved. This gym is such an important part of my life. I’ve been working out here for over a year now and it has changed my life in so many positive ways - fitness, nutrition, attitude - BOOM
