Booked with Class Pass and genuinely enjoyed the workout. Ashley was a great instructor, very descriptive with movements/demos, and corrects form if needed. I liked how it wasn't crazy like solid core but still felt challenging enough. Parking is a bear but that comes with the territory in this part of Houston. Overall, this reformer based Pilates class is definitely on a repeat list for me!

Booked my class on MINDBODY I have been in the search for another Pilates studio since I was turned away from another studio for being "pregnant." Basically, the *OTHER PILATES PLACE* wouldn't let me take the higher level classes I was used to and had been taking despite doctors approval because it was their "policy"... *they* said pregnant participants would only be limited to the entry level classes. No thank you, I need workout. But Defy!!! I texted them a day earlier just to make sure before booking the class and they told me to COME ON! Such a great place and so much good energy! Danna is a incredible teacher! Has helped me so much through my Pilates journey! Her way of teaching and queuing is unmatched! You can tell she cares for her clients and wants them to succeed in there goals!
