    Best way to spend just under an hour working out while hitting abs, legs, arms, and glutes. I appreciate how the instructors help me improve my form as well. I look forward to booking my classes every week!

    LOVE these classes! I'm 47 and i can honestly say that I'm stronger and more flexible than I've ever been after 2yrs of workouts here. I also really dig the class schedule, ad there are classes scattered throughout every day of the week, making it easy to book.

    I tried out the West U Location a while ago to see how different each studio is, and I was pleasantly surprised. Though this location was a bit smaller, the ambiance was just as welcoming and the instructor was warm and welcoming.

Boost Pilates is a revolutionary, fast paced, high intensity, body-toning workout that fuses the core strengthening elements of traditional reformer Pilates with circuit, cardio and endurance training. The workout realigns and strengthens the body using added resistance from reformer beds, shaking up traditional Pilates in a big way. All Levels and advanced classes available, catering for all fitness levels.

Tuesday: 6AM - 8PM
Wednesday: 6AM - 8PM
Thursday: 6AM - 7:30PM
Friday: 6AM - 2PM
Saturday: 8AM - 12PM
Sunday: 8:30 - 11:30AM
