“Our condominium building and units were damaged by Hurricane Michael. The condominium association used Claremont Property Company for the repairs/reconstruction. When other contractors said they could not get building materials for the roof, Claremont said they could and transported the materials from their Texas location to Florida. Upon contracting them in March, the new roof and a/c units were in place and finished by June. Later in the reconstruction, Ian Megarity of Claremont Property was the assigned project manager. Ian addressed any issues that came up, found solutions to the problem, and made sure we were pleased with the results. It did not matter if it was a building issue or an individual unit owner issue, he addressed the problem or concern. Claremont’s subcontractors and workers did good work as well as being polite. I highly recommend both Ian Megarity, as project manager, and Claremont Property Company for repairs/reconstruction after a storm event.“

“Excellent team, excellent support staff, and excellent remediation test results. I found DryMore through the recommendation of another mold testing firm that does not provide remediation. I researched and got job estimates from several other companies. They were the most cost effective and were available to get to work. The office manager and go to contact is Karen Lopez. She was available for all questions and coordination between the remediation team and myself. (FYI: I am an older single female handling this issue on my own). The remediation team, Brian Smith and Matthew Zeiter did my work and went above and beyond just doing mold remediation. An unexpected electrical issue at my house started a small fire while Matthew and Brian were there and they were quick to get a fire extinguisher they had seen in the garage and put the fire out. When the mold inspector from the inspection firm I had used returned to do a final inspection he was highly complimentary of the work that had been done and how neat and clean the area was left.They walked through the process with me, did the required work and got praise from the inspector. There just isn't anything more you could ask of DryMore. If I have another issue with mold at anytime in the future I will save myself a lot of time and just call Karen and DryMore.“

“Had a water emergency and called ServPro. They had a team there with equipment and vacs in right at an hour. They placed fans and dehums and then came back every day for a week to test moisture. They got everything back to normal in the time frame they stated. They were very responsive and helped make a bad experience, not so bad!
