“I cannot fathom how incredibly awesome this company is. Our neighbor has an extremely loud pool pump which was causing us a lot of grief. As in we simply stopped being in our living area at all during the day. I reached out to Austin Sliding Door and Jeff came out to assess the situation. He actually used to live near our area in circle C so he was very familiar with the houses. He instantly knew how to mitigate the noise by replacing the glass in our sliding door with laminated double pane windows that are meant for sound proofing. His quote was incredibly competitive compared to other companies that wanted to replace the whole door. But Jeff let us know our sliding door frame is perfect for glass replacement so we went forward with it. We decided to go with the thickest glass they offered so it took a bit longer to get the glass, but once it came Jeff and his team came in person to do the job and it went by super quick, within a few hours the glass was installed and even new industrial strength roller wheels! Holy cow, the noise is just gone. My wife and I can't believe how much relief we felt when we realized we could have our living area back again. On top of that, the doors glide effortlessly, it was such a huge payoff! “Toby and his whole team, from start to finish, have provided me with an amazing experience.Initial conversations with Accolade vs. competitors was so smooth - Accolade didn't try and upsell, or try and talk me into any other product that I needed. Toby gave me the pros and cons to all options, and the whole process, which I greatly appreciated.When it came to installing - it went perfectly. We had a lot of windows to replace, so it took 2 full days. The crew was on time, respectful of the house, and knowledgeable. Toby did final walk throughs with me and even noticed (I didn't) one screen missing, which he promptly ordered, and delivered it and installed it himself once it arrived. When doing the final walkthrough, he even came back at the end of the day to clean some very hard to reach windows so it would look perfect.We have had the windows for almost a year and all has gone well.
