They also consider any preexisting conditions you may have and adjust your personalized workout plan based on that. I had a shoulder injury that occasionally flares up, and they have been able to adapt quickly. The weekly check-in really helps you stay accountable for your fitness goals. They are encouraging and honestly, without them, I don't think I'd be as far along in my fitness goals as I am now!“

He is patient and can work with you no matter what level you are at. I was a beginner when I started and I learned the "Forge" way. My goal was to become proficient, gain weight and get stronger.
Christian tailors the training to your goals to help you get where you want to be. The entire experience feels very boutique and personal. The facility is conveniently located on South Lamar and has very high-quality, maintained equipment.
My wife and I have been going to Forge for years and we highly recommend it. You will definitely see results if you can put in the work and commit.

Aside from the great 30 minute workouts I received excellent guidance from Colton on nutrition.I have always been a "if I'm not drenched in sweat by the end of a workout I didn't work out" kind of girl and so when I started with PF I was definitely a bit skeptical. Upon speaking to her, I instantly felt completely comfortable, as if I had known her for years. She has amazing energy, and I cannot imagine a more kind and positive person to work with- I would HIGHLY recommend using her for any service. It is obvious that she cares about people, and puts a lot of time, thought, energy, and focus into the work that she does.
I have chronic pain and have done talk therapy for 12+ years with a therapist that I love. I have done EMDR for trauma, acupuncture, biofeedback, PT for rehabilitation, and I work out every week with a trainer that focuses on rehabilitation. I have previously seen other therapists and psychiatrists, so I have tried many modalities in attempt to enrich my life.
For some time, I have been aware of many of the changes I need to make in my behavior in order to improve my quality of life; however, I have struggled to make said changes. Since my session with Kimberly, I feel that I am able to recognize, in real time, when I need to listen to my intuition and act/react differently in order to protect my body and live my best life! Seeing her has been an amazing gift, and it was exactly what I needed.
Lastly, I really appreciate how seen and heard I felt with Kimberly. I often leave doctors/other places feeling completely dismissed, disheartened and unmotivated to find the help that I know I need. She is so fun, not at ALL judgey, and she made me feel so validated. Plus, it’s a total bonus to get to work with a person that you would love to have as a friend! It is difficult to find people that are skilled at their trade, AND ALSO so pleasant/joyful, excellent at listening and good at connecting with their clients/patients. I feel so grateful for my experience with Kimberly.“

The Performance Specialists go above and beyond with their deep knowledge, attention to detail, ability to listen, patience, and expertise. When I began with Chad at Driven, I had already been to a spine doctor, received Cortisone injections in my spine, and completed 10 weeks of PT, yet my significant back pain had only gotten slightly better. In a matter of a few months with Chad, the pain has almost completely gone away. Initially encouraging me to follow his lead, he creates an individualized and customized plan that focuses on how to properly breathe, stretch and add weight training back into my routine, carefully explains the basis behind the fundamentals, demonstrates the proper movement, and then watches my form while making modifications specific to my needs. He thoughtfully prepares workouts for days off or while I’m traveling to keep my progression on track and even does outside research to answer all my questions.
