“Good, efficient service, good automated messaging. I had an issue when I brought in a piece with a large amount of cat hair, and the cat hair was removed, but there was still lint on the dress. This is something I could solve at home with a lint roller or by picking the lint off from around the dress with my fingers, but if I pay $23 to have an item cleaned, I want to know we can hang it up in our closet and not worry about it until the next event.Initial response at desk was to allow me to leave the article and pay again for it to be cleaned. I asked to leave a complaint and the manager came out and offered to get the lint off quickly without further charge, which he did.I’m happy with the service and will come back.“

She made time for me as I explained to her it was a rush job and she worked some serious magic in 20 minutes or less. It was like the tear never happened. Looked brand new. And it only cost ~$13. “This is the ONLY place I trust with my clothes. I am sorry to see someone say they had a negative experience. But I think it is worth sharing mine. I have been bringing my dry cleaning here exclusively for years. I go out of my way to only use this location. I have dropped off hundreds of items at this point. Nothing has ever been lost or damaged. It always comes back to me better than I left it. They have even pulled off some impressive saves for items I wasnt sure could ever be the same. I have never had or heard anyone else have a complaint. Always extremely happy with the quality and condition. In fact, a different location damaged a dress of mine then gave it back without telling me. Laura made it right from this location. She is the best! She truly understands fabric, the process, and what is best for any given item. She also deeply cares about honest consultation, quality work, and customer satisfaction. Not the cheapest place but not unreasonable priced. Worth it to me considering my clothes are always accounted for, taken care of, and ready on time.“
