I've only been there once, for tailor service. It was quickly obvious that the person did not want to have to take a tailoring order as his first response was "we don't do that on-site, so it's going to take at least a week." The reason I went there was because they advertise that they do these services onsite. But if the person didn't want to take the business I wasn't willing to risk the quality of the work. So I went to a nearby competitor.

Usually very confident with service, but my last visit has left me less confident. My favorite sweaters were temporarily misplaced, but after some time and a dedicated employee, my sweaters are home again. So relieved.

Jack brown cleaners in Lakeway is absolutely one of the most incredible dry cleaners I have been to, Tim is an amazing manager and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is actually freaking happy. Outstanding customer service. I wish more businesses would take the Same approach to customer service as Tim does! Rare quality to find in any management that actually rolls up their sleeves to provide the customer service that Lakeway Jack Brown cleaners does! Hats off to you!
