The personal attention we received was outstanding. There were only two things that were not adequate. First was making the initial appointment. It was challenging because we couldn't find a direct number for Forest Oaks, only the 1-800 number and our appointment wasn't communicated directly to the staff at Forest Oaks. Second, when we went for our meeting with the funeral director, we were supposed to get an email telling us what info we needed to bring and we didn't get that email for whatever reason. Kim was very kind when we let her know we didn't have all the info she needed for the Verification of Death form and was very accommodating in helping us provide it to her in an expedient way. Neither of these things detract from the personal attention we received from all of the staff at Forest Oaks.“

When this happens, the pain overwhelms us and we cannot think about the funeral services, God guides us and leaves us in the best hands. The nurse took us to this funeral home. Affordable Burial & Cremation Service. Andy Olivares. Director, assisted me throughout the service and transportation process for Mexico. Where we would take my mom. Always very attentive, with a heart full of love and empathy. Where he made us feel like family at all times. My Dad changed his perception of what it is like to die here far from the country where he was born. “After seeing that my mother’s body suffered.” They preserved “he remained calm. Now he tells me.
