After my examination I was then hand off to one of the BEST optician ever! Ms. Lesley helped me step out of my comfort zone to find the cutest pair of red glasses. I had so much fun trying on different types of glasses with her.

“I had an eye exam with Dr. Ramp, and overall, it was a good experience. Dr. Ramp was very nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly during my exam. The technician who assisted me at the beginning was also polite and helpful, making the initial process smooth.

I did have to wait a bit in the exam room before seeing the doctor, but it wasn’t a big issue since I wasn’t in a rush.

The only downside was the front desk experience. When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t greet me or acknowledge me right away, leaving me standing there for a while. A more welcoming approach would have made the visit even better.“

Both sat low and behind their computers... didn't acknowledge me until I walked up and said I was here for an appointment... even then, both were reluctant to look up as if hoping the other would answer. No "hello, welcome..." I was leaning towards a 1 star but Justine really made up for it. Though I won't be back with those 2 upfront. If you chose to go, ask for Justine... she really was great!“

“This optician specializes in made in the USA boutique frames and the selection is amazing, very stylish and hip. I had my glasses repaired here, no charge. I even tried to buy a lens cleaner so that I could pay something and the owner said "it's on the house". It's a family business and they are great people. Visit these guys if you want to shop local and look great!“

“They got my eye exam done and ordered the Zeiss digital vision lenses through them. (Co pay) Pricing is kind of steep, but the lenses turned out to be good. Will definitely recommend their doctors for eye exams.“

“My Consultation appointment was set for 9/23/24 and it went terrific! The office is so modern. The waiting was NOT a long wait. My doctor, Dr. Satrio , was so patient with my way of communicating. I'm currently a deaf person and I only communicate with Speech-to-text since I don't fully know ASL yet. She was so nice and patience and didn't mind to repeat her self for us.
