After my exam they emailed me my prescription and the ladies up front were very thorough with explaining my insirance coverage between contacts and glasses. “Wow! This is the best optometrist and staff/facility I have been to in over 10 years! Emily Simonek was so incredibly thorough to make sure my contact lens eye correction was PERFECT, not just close….but perfect at all cost. She took extra steps, extra time, and tried very slight adjustments to test which strength was optimal for me. I noticed this was going above and beyond and I even commented and thanked her for taking the extra effort to get it perfect. Just WOW! I have difficulty getting a precise prescription because I’m in between lens strengths and it’s been a struggle in the past at other places. Also Abby with the cute green glasses was a gem to help a girl out to pick and fit my frames perfectly. She was so knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful of my budget, and sweet. Staff had great advise what type of frame size to select based on my face and I found a great pair made in Italy. Much better service than I have gotten at other eyeglass retailers in the past. Shout out to Ryan who got me in same day and collected all my info via text which was hella clutch since I was at work. I was experiencing some eye pressure and was due for an eye exam. Everyone was sooo nice and accommodating and considerate. I took several tests plus some extras to be super sure I was is good eye health. Dr. Sara Langer really explained and gave examples of potential eye stressors as well as next steps to pursue since my tests came back without any problems. Very thorough, like the whole staff.
