I brought three pairs of my elderly mother's glasses in for repair this week and Gene Roger's Optical had them fixed within the day. Not only that, they also cleaned and adjusted them - they all look brand new! My sweet Mom is thrilled! It's not often you come across small business gems like this that take superb customer service so seriously. Gene Roger's does. I don't write reviews unless something impresses me, and this store is one that is super impressive! Thank you, Gene Rogers!

I have a pair of frames that are very delicate, and no longer manufactured for the folks that sold them to me. Consequently, when they need repair, it's really hard to find someone who has the parts and knows how to fix them. Gene managed to do both in about five minutes. I REALLY appreciate it--I love those frames. Also, when you go into the shop you will be greeted by a wiggly and smiley dog named Lucy--definitely a plus. She made my day :)

I love Gene Rogers Optical! A hidden gem in Austin. Not only is the selection unique and exquisite but they have excellent customer service as a family owned and operated business. Kyle went above and beyond when I tried to reorder a frame that broke. They no longer carried that model but he was able to track the last one from the manufacturer's warehouse! Not only that, but he noticed one of the lenses was worn but still covered under warranty so had that replaced too. I'm so happy with my glasses. Huge thank you to Kyle for the extra effort in helping me keep my look with the frames!!
