“Five stars for Russ and Lawrenz Contracting is not enough. I met with Russ, the owner, on a Tuesday. He was so nice. He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. I would 100% recommend Lawrenz Contracting to everyone.“

“I am getting ready to sell my house, and the buyers had an inspection done on Tuesday. The home inspector asked for a Roof inspection to be performed. As a seller, time is of the essence, so I reached out to a few companies. I started to fret between no replies and being unable to show up for another two weeks. I placed a call to First Out Roofing late yesterday and left a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a callback 5 minutes later from them, and the owner is the one who called back, no less! Just WOW. Nick asked a few questions and understood that this was time-critical; he went out of his way to explain their process and the report I'd get and then asked if he and Spencer could swing by first thing in the morning! Take my money now!Anyhow, they showed up this morning right on time, reconfirmed that the inspection report was asking for a review for possible hail damage, and then said, we will do that and give you a report that the buyer can use to get their Homeowners insurance. “They did my roof in June before I bought the house and I saw what I thought was a roof leak. They came out quick and recaulked the area for free but inspected it and saw that the wood around the chimney was rotting away, which was new. We arranged for them to fix it, which they did right away, and they have kept in touch with me to make sure everything is looking good! I appreciate the customer service and care they provided and upkeep of their warranty of work. “I am the owner of the company and this review is fake. I do not know this customer and my name isn’t spelled correctly either. My customers have my business card in hand and it’s on all contracts. Secondly she’s referring to a ceiling being open then different color material being used. I am backed by my manufactures and purchase all materials from local warehouse companies in the DFW area. I offer a 10 yr warranty. I would encourage this person to reach out to my company or the manufacturer of the materials that were installed. They will warranty the work and get in touch with me. We hope customers will be honest but sadly this seems to be a personal attack for some reason. “Discovered we had a small hole in the roof due to missing shingle. Griffith Roofing came out to inspect the roof and told me my shingles were in great shape, other than the minor issue of a missing shingle. Imagine that? A roofing company NOT trying to sell me a new roof. Sent out a repair crew to fix the leak and re-caulk all roof vents and exhaust pipes for a simple $125 service fee. Great experience and I will not hesitate to use them again.“
